Bay Area Festivals, Inc. is pleased to present two outstanding family events this year: Bay Area KidFest and Walnut Creek FamilyFest, each offering a
3-day weekend of quality live entertainment, activities and sports for children; stimulating learning and exploration; exposing parents to new ideas and opportunities from over 100 arts & crafts and other exhibitors; showcasing community groups dedicated to families and children while celebrating the value and importance of families as a key part of a healthy community.
All of the entertainment and activities are included in the low price of admission. Additionally, there are 15 rides (ferris wheel, pony rides, EuroBungy trampoline, Cap’n Hook Fun House, petting zoo, giant slide and more) and a delicious food court for additional charges. It's a place where kids and community come together
in an alcohol-free, smokeless environment on a beautiful summer weekend.
FamilyFest admission is only $5 per person with a can of food for the Food Bank of Contra Costa and Solano. Or $6 without a canned food donation. Babies under 24 months and Seniors 65+ are FREE.

2nd annual Walnut Creek FamilyFest will support a variety of local health, sports and educational non-profits.
Bay Area KidFest again benefited the United Mt. Diablo Athletic Foundation which was formed to Save High School Sports in the six Mt. Diablo Unified School District high schools.

Bay Area KidFest in Concord was voted "Best Place to Take Your Kids for Fun" for the second straight year. KidFest moved to a new location at Mt. Diablo High School in 2010 and with the much larger venue we got to add many new features. Stay tuned for even more "fun stuff" May 26-28, 2012 at our 23nd annual KidFest.
